
Are you or your child/family member an NDIS participant?
All of our products can be purchased or reimbursed by your NDIS care provider.
There are two options for NDIS participants when purchasing our products.
Option 1: Purchase your Springtime Education products with your own money and we will automatically send a 'paid' invoice for reimbursement by your NDIS plan.
Option 2: Use the NDIS order form below and we will process your order and send an invoice to the supplied email/s. After payment is received, your resources will be dispatched.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for NDIA Agency Managed participants as we are not an NDIS registered provider.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders within Australia.

Can I use my NDIS funding to purchase your products?
Yes, our products are NDIS approved, allowing Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants to use their funding for purchases. However, we are unable to provide for NDIA Agency Managed participants as we are not an NDIS registered provider.
How do Self-Managed NDIS participants place an order?
Option 1: Reimbursement by NDIS
- Checkout and pay directly on our website.
- A tax invoice will be emailed to you automatically. You can submit this to the NDIS for reimbursement.
- If you don’t receive the invoice within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s still not found, email us at hello@springtimeeducation.com.
Option 2: Payment by NDIS
- Fill out the NDIS form with your email, NDIS participant name and number, and requested products.
The NDIS form includes a space for Plan Manager details. Leave this blank for Self-Managed participants. - We will create and email you an order invoice that you can submit to the NDIS portal for payment.
How do Plan-Managed NDIS participants place an order?
- Fill in the details in our NDIS order form, including the Plan Manager’s information.
- We will send an order invoice to the provided email addresses for your Plan Manager to make payment.
- Once payment is received, we will process your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email, and your product(s) will be shipped and/or emailed.
Can NDIA Agency Managed participants purchase from you?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for NDIA Agency Managed participants as we are not an NDIS registered provider. However, we do have NDIS registered stockists who may be able to assist.
